Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that our patients receive timely and effective care. Our practice operates in an outpatient office setting, providing a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for both patients and providers. Your work schedule will generally be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that respect and incorporate the cultural backgrounds of your patients, allowing for tailored and effective treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methods best suited to individual patients' needs, while remaining sensitive to their cultural identities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Proven experience in providing culturally responsive individual and group therapy.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
