Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine initial treatment needs, ensuring each client feels heard and supported.

• Utilize the DSM V criteria to formulate accurate mental health diagnoses, providing clarity and direction for treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on standard practice guidelines, addressing various mental health challenges and ensuring client engagement.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification techniques, and brief therapy strategies tailored to each client.

• Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

• Engage in cross-system collaboration with community professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients facing complex challenges.

• Effectively respond to crisis situations by assessing the urgency of client needs, delivering immediate care, and referring to appropriate services.

• Participate in ongoing training and educational initiatives for staff and community members to enhance awareness and knowledge of mental health issues.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele, with a particular emphasis on mothers and families within the community. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• Strong proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and standard computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
