Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mental health services in accordance with established practice standards and clinic protocols, including physician oversight when necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Manage cases effectively by triaging client needs, facilitating referrals, and maintaining telephone communication with patients and their families, as well as outside agencies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to weigh in on treatment plans and adjust approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring that all client interactions are documented for continuity of care.

• Be proactive in responding to changes in regulations, policies, and clinic procedures that can impact patient treatment and care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic and responsive work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with experience and client caseload.
