Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver empathetic and tailored psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting therapeutic methods to meet varied client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring thorough documentation of all notes and client progress in compliance with health care regulations.

• Provide expert consultation to colleagues and medical professionals within the organization, fostering an integrated approach to mental healthcare that blends psychological perspectives with compassionate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing marital challenges, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Oregon is required.

• At least three years of professional experience working in a clinical or medical environment.

• Strong adherence to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality in all interactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and compassionate interactions with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing various therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or similar approaches to enhance patient engagement.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient documentation efficiently.

• Prior experience providing supervision or mentorship to interns or less experienced therapists could be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
