Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, establishing individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Engage and educate clients' families to encourage a strong support system that contributes to the overall recovery process.

• Collaborate actively with fellow clinicians and treatment team members to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with pre-screened clients who exhibit low acuity issues, ensuring that the focus remains on delivering quality care for clients at various stages of their mental health journey. The ideal therapist will be comfortable working with diverse populations, including adolescents and young adults, and be adept at offering culturally sensitive care tailored to individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse client population.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proven proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms.

• Experience delivering telehealth services and addressing the unique challenges faced by adolescents and young adults.

• Familiarity with innovative therapeutic frameworks, particularly our own evidence-based care pathways, for treatment delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
