Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide comprehensive individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Conduct detailed assessments to gauge clients’ strengths, challenges, and formulate personalized treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and regularly revise evidence-based treatment plans designed to address clients’ specific needs and objectives.

• Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive care is provided.

• Document client interactions meticulously and ensure timely progress notes and treatment interventions are recorded in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

You will work with a varied patient population that spans all age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a plethora of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Education: Applicants must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: Candidates must have a full, unrestricted license to independently practice. Acceptable credentials include:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Compensation and Benefits\n
