Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to reach patients effectively. As a therapist at Miracles of Life, you will engage with clients from your own workspace, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured daily schedule. While the standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate patient needs. You'll have the support of a like-minded team invested in collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine each patient's unique mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific goals and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and others, tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups addressing various mental health issues, fostering community and collaboration among participants.
\n
• Work synergistically with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing effective strategies for immediate resolution.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and necessary community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines through accurate and confidential documentation of patient care in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development and actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to promote best practices within the organization.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of client backgrounds, addressing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance abuse. Our clients include individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds seeking support to enhance their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while exercising sound judgment in all situations.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
