Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs and treatment goals through comprehensive interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that address identified issues, incorporating evidence-based interventions for conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.

• Provide ongoing support through regular therapy sessions, ensuring clients have access to coping strategies, tools, and resources necessary for positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied client base who may be coping with mental illness, substance use challenges, or other psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• At least four years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
