Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ psychological status and treatment needs.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and therapeutic objectives.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused techniques for issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Leverage teletherapy to deliver high-quality virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Respond to crises effectively, providing intervention and support to clients in need of immediate assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, from emotional distress to complex psychological disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of challenges, providing our therapists with opportunities to utilize various therapeutic modalities and approaches tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging clients and collaborating with other professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in providing teletherapy services is advantageous.

• Experience in specific therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, is a plus.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and best practices is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
