Key Responsibilities\n

• Produce and maintain crisis alerts and collaborate with county crisis services to ensure timely and effective support for program participants facing acute mental health issues.

• Document and coordinate all transitions related to hospital and inpatient services, facilitating effective discharge planning in collaboration with hospital staff.

• Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation techniques to support individuals in a variety of challenging situations, taking the lead as the Clinician of the Day when required.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and create safety plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough documentation is completed on the same day.

• Participate in regular case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance treatment strategies and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
