Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage proactively with participants to prevent the need for crisis interventions, leveraging counseling techniques to manage stress and emotional dysregulation.

• Document and maintain crisis alerts to coordinate effectively with county crisis services and provide timely interventions when required.

• Facilitate and document transitions to hospital or inpatient services as needed, coordinating care with hospital personnel to support seamless discharges and program transfers.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support via telehealth, adapting interventions to meet diverse cultural, linguistic, and psychological client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a wide array of psychiatric, emotional, and social challenges. You will be working with a diverse population of clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You must establish rapport quickly and effectively, as our clients often seek immediate support and guidance in their journey towards wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and active licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with digital counseling tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
