Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions to effectively treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individual and family sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized discharge plans tailored to each client's needs and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as specified in the client's treatment plan, adjusting approaches based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Prepare initial treatment plans based on patient evaluations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
