Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally and contextually appropriate.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions in individual, group, or family sessions to address emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services in compliance with facility and professional standards, ensuring a clear record of client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Generate initial treatment plans based on assessments and revise them as per ongoing evaluations of client needs.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings to collaborate with colleagues, enhancing the multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinicians work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Mandatory state or national licensure, with eligibility to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A strong understanding of mental health issues affecting individuals and families across the lifespan.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of relevant clinical experience, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including adults and children. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
