Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that integrate therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique characteristics and goals of each client.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions to enhance mental health outcomes.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans in response to evolving needs and challenges.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and stabilization while coordinating with emergency services if necessary.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
