• Conduct empathetic and professional individual mental health counseling sessions through video calls, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on guiding stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is necessary to work independently; we do not provide supervision for provisional licenses.

• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate approach to client care.
\n
• Proficiency in computer use, particularly for teletherapy sessions, including a reliable computer with video and audio capabilities.
\n
• A stable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted therapy sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

• Experience with solution-focused treatment modalities will be advantageous.

• Familiarity with digital counseling tools and remote therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, contingent on experience and the number of hours worked. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, a sign-on bonus, and the convenience of weekly direct deposits.
