As a telehealth service provider, you will utilize various technologies to engage with clients and ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each participant.

• Maintain and update crisis alerts in coordination with county crisis services for timely intervention and support.

• Collaborate effectively with hospital staff to manage transitions for participants moving between inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring appropriate follow-up care.

• Employ crisis de-escalation strategies during sessions, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for all individuals.

• Serve as the Clinician of the Day, providing essential milieu support and facilitating communication among clients, staff, and external services.

• Document all interactions in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies to maintain accurate and confidential records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload management skills.
