As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while providing outpatient services to clients in Prineville, Oregon, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through video conferencing to accurately identify clients' needs, strengths, and treatment objectives.

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that are responsive to each client's unique circumstances and personal goals.

• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions that may include individual, couples, family, and group therapies, ensuring diverse modalities are utilized to enhance client engagement and progress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Act as a member of an interdisciplinary team by coordinating care with community partners, medical providers, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to engage clients and manage treatment interactions efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related fields is required.

• Full licensure as a Mental Health Professional, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, is mandatory. Candidates with limited, provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions against their licenses will not be considered.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically and effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Adept at working with computers and various digital platforms used for documentation and teletherapy.
