Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients to identify mental health concerns, utilizing structured tools and methodologies to gather comprehensive data for treatment planning.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences, using a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress through ongoing assessments and open dialogue.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure flexibility for clients and maintain engagement, particularly for those facing geographical or physical accessibility challenges.

• Accurately document all client interactions and updates to treatment plans in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality.

• Participate in regular professional development training sessions to enhance clinical skill sets and stay updated on relevant therapeutic practices and industry developments.

Qualifications\n
