Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, including understanding their histories, symptoms, and goals. This will involve using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and aspirations of each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to fit the dynamics of each setting and the specific challenges presented by clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, navigating emergency situations with professionalism and empathy to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately to track client evolution.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to deliver comprehensive care and address all aspects of clients' wellness.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment processes, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and seminars to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse client demographics, spanning various age groups and backgrounds, each presenting distinct mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect empathically with clients will be crucial in helping them articulate their concerns and navigate their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
