This position offers the flexibility of remote work, providing the tools and resources needed to connect effectively with clients through telehealth platforms. Operating from Monday to Saturday, our center values work-life balance by allowing therapists to create and manage their own schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals and families, to understand their mental health needs and challenges.

• Provide appropriate clinical interventions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring all treatment is tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Develop and maintain treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, adjusting interventions based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, participating in case reviews and rounds as necessary.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation and progress notes, adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
