This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients across McAllen, Texas, and potentially other locations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring accurate documentation and identification of their needs.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that reflect the personal goals and aspirations of clients, using therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific challenges.

• Provide a range of psycho-therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, while employing evidence-based methodologies to optimize outcomes.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, fostering an adaptive approach to therapy that remains responsive to client feedback.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention when needed, ensuring clients have access to support during times of acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds and may present with an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with bonus opportunities.
