Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions in a flexible environment that supports work-life balance. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, although we offer some flexibility to better meet patient needs. As a telehealth facility, you will engage with clients using virtual platforms, which allows our caring approach to transcend geographical barriers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients’ unique life experiences.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, addressing individual needs and backgrounds.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to effectively tackle mental health concerns, focusing on resilience-building and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure synchronized and holistic care for our clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, offering critical support during mental health emergencies to safeguard patient safety.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings to foster collaboration among colleagues.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training in cultural competency to remain current with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies.
\n
• Expertise in crisis intervention and the ability to manage sensitive situations with composure.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital tools.
\n
• A commitment to upholding professional boundaries, ethical practices, and patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
