Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally-sensitive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and inform the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to guide clients toward healing and increased resilience.

• Collaborate with colleagues, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to care and interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, using strong de-escalation skills to assist patients during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
