Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances, strengths, and challenges.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions as well as facilitate group therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients to share and learn.

• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach towards patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when required, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Develop and run psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community and address common mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential case documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Participate in case reviews and professional development meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to team discussions on best practices.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy to integrate new techniques and knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals of all ages, including adolescents and adults, addressing issues like depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and the impacts of trauma. Our approach is personalized, respecting each client’s unique journey, which is vital for effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health diagnoses and therapeutic practices.
\n
• Demonstrated experience conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical standards while providing care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
