Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health evaluations through telehealth platforms, documenting the client's history and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to engage clients and support their development.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and utilizing outcome measures to evaluate therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to enhance patient care during and after treatment.

• Provide referrals to other professionals or services when additional support is needed.

• Engage with family members and caregivers, providing guidance on how to support their loved ones’ mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with individuals experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in New Jersey as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
