Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions using our secure telehealth platform.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to foster client engagement and healing.

• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to help clients navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues through regular check-ins and progress evaluations.

• Collaborate effectively with other professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting treatment updates and client interactions.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Health Relieve, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, relational issues, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
