Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss stability, outline upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each client.

• Complete detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinical standards.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique challenges and history of each client.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting to the therapeutic needs and goals of each client.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve client outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active LPC licensure in New Jersey.
\n
• At least one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in using technology for clinical documentation including RMS systems and Microsoft applications.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to clients and families, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and articulating client needs effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
