Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive sessions that encourage clients to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling that helps clients explore their thoughts and feelings, equipping them with effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30, offering targeted support in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often grapples with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding them towards healing and resilience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
