Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Care: Manage a designated caseload of clients, building trustful relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Progress Review: Hold regular appointments with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for appropriate discharge.

• Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes to track client outcomes and treatment goals.

• Intake Assessments: Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to determine their needs and establish treatment pathways.

• Individual Sessions: Carry out individual counseling sessions weekly, using evidence-based practices to facilitate client progress.

• Supervision and Collaboration: Engage in one-on-one supervision and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses through a fee-for-service model.
