Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mindful Cascade Echos, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing effective modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Engaging in collaborative care by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you will need:
