Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through one-on-one interactions, establishing a deep understanding of their unique situations and needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client, addressing various mental health conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addiction, and eating disorders.

• Offer regular therapeutic sessions and follow-ups, utilizing both individual and group therapy formats to equip clients with essential coping strategies and tools for overcoming their challenges.

• Coordinate care by making referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists or social service entities as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
