Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allina Academy, your responsibilities will include:

• Building trusting relationships with patients to foster an open and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing established diagnostic tools and techniques.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are responsive to individual patient needs, ensuring they reflect best practices in mental health care.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions where patients can explore and address their mental health challenges.

• Monitoring client progress through regular evaluations and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly to promote optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals and families facing complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

Compensation and Benefits\n
