Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and client confidentiality.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and determine appropriate discharge timelines as conditions warrant.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and case updates, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health needs and determine suitable treatment approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote client growth and healing.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on practice.

Qualifications\n
