Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately ascertain their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and measurable.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to effectively address a range of mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to client care, ensuring that all aspects of patient well-being are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention and therapeutic support to clients encountering acute psychological distress or emergencies, demonstrating empathy and swift action in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
