Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Intermountain Healthcare & Recovery Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their unique needs and goals.

• Applying evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing.

• Providing ongoing education and support to clients and families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitoring client progress meticulously and adjusting treatment approaches as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes.
