This position is primarily remote, affording you the flexibility to connect with clients effectively from a comfortable environment, while also engaging in regular visits to our outpatient office for team meetings and client sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs. Craft personalized therapy plans that resonate with each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring a client-centered approach to enhance engagement and efficacy.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, such as case managers and psychiatrists, to create a unified and holistic treatment landscape for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, utilizing your expertise during acute distress situations. This includes on-call support for urgent cases, which can range from suicidal ideation to severe anxiety episodes.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through the ability to engage and establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt therapeutic practices to the culturally specific needs of clients.

• Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for professionals with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a community mental health setting. Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices is an advantage, as is experience working within multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
