Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individual and group, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care, including regular case reviews and treatment plan updates.

• Engage with clients’ families to educate them on their loved one’s mental health conditions and recovery processes, enhancing family involvement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records per regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
