Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs and concerns of your clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings and case discussions, sharing insights and collaboratively improving client care.

• Stay informed regarding emerging trends and research in mental health practices, especially pertinent to child and adolescent therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is primarily focused on children, adolescents, and their families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will guide clients through their struggles while fostering resilience and healthy coping mechanisms. Your work will significantly impact their overall well-being, helping them navigate complex challenges during formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with effective treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect empathically with children and their families.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies for documentation and client engagement.

• Strong team collaboration skills and the motivation to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary care environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with children and adolescents.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses.
