Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client histories, issues, and treatment goals.

• Develop personalized therapy plans based on client needs and preferences, incorporating various evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness practices.

• Monitor client progress and adjust therapy strategies as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
