Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, providing accurate diagnoses and the development of tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Diligently complete session documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates in accordance with Embrace Psychology’s policies and state regulations.
\n
• Deliver exceptional client service, establishing rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds while working effectively within a diverse, dynamic team.

• Employ innovative therapeutic modalities and interventions to engage clients, helping them meet and exceed their mental health objectives.
\n
• Facilitate collaboration with case managers, families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support.

• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings, sharing insights and contributing to team discussions on client care strategies and best practices.

• Perform any other duties integral to the role that may arise, allowing for a flexible and adaptive approach to the evolving needs of clients and the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
