Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify needs, goals, and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, modifying approaches to suit individual client needs and disciplinary backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records through our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in regular training programs, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse client demographics, including couples navigating relationship challenges, individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Each session aims to empower clients by equipping them with the necessary tools to foster personal growth and improve interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus, enabling efficient documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, derived from your experience and qualifications.
