Work Environment\n

Our work setting is entirely remote, with a focus on telehealth services that ensure flexibility for both our counselors and clients. As part of our collaborative team, you will utilize digital platforms to connect with patients, maintain case documentation, and participate in virtual meetings. You'll also have the advantage of a work schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs, thereby promoting a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey is essential.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy practices.

• Your experience should include providing both individual and group therapy using approaches that are inclusive and culturally responsive.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
