The position offers a remote work environment, offering flexibility in both work location and schedule, while ensuring you remain connected to a support network of colleagues and supervisors. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally-sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences and needs of each patient, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect and incorporate individual cultural backgrounds, ensuring that treatment is effective and relevant.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address mental health concerns, promote resilience, and foster well-being.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that patients have access to immediate care when needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, demonstrating your professional qualifications.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based practices, along with an understanding of cultural competence within therapy.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive and inclusive techniques.

• Familiarity with electronic health recording (EHR) systems and competency in associated technological applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
