Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Vatica Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Diagnosing and treating a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, continually adjusting care plans based on patient progress.

• Working closely with patients’ families and significant others to build a support network and enhance treatment outcomes.
\n
• Referring patients to relevant community services, treatment programs, or support groups to promote their overall well-being.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create effective discharge plans ensuring continuity of care post-treatment.
\n
• Conducting psychosocial assessments and providing necessary social work interventions, including crisis support and bereavement counseling.
\n
• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards, demonstrating adherence to the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Educating and communicating with various patient care teams and external agencies to ensure seamless care and expedite discharge processes.
\n
• Identifying risk factors for patients that may result in delayed discharges or readmissions, and coordinating with appropriate care providers to mitigate these challenges.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, comprising individuals from various backgrounds seeking help for mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Vatica Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
