Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and appropriate treatment paths.

• Implement and monitor personalized treatment plans, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and remote communication technologies to maintain accurate patient records and facilitate seamless care delivery.

• Adapt therapeutic techniques based on each patient’s unique needs and progress, demonstrating an ability to pivot as required to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engage in crisis management and develop safety plans for patients experiencing acute distress or crises.
\n
• Provide weekly or biweekly follow-up sessions to closely track patient responses to treatment and adjust approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with case management services to coordinate comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in accordance with state regulations as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Comprehensive knowledge of various mental health disorders and psychotherapy methodologies.

• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis management skills.

• No history of medical malpractice claims as verified by a third-party service.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
