Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and devise tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and resilience development.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist patients in processing their trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to share their experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated, holistic patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate responses to patient needs.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, equipping them with resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient records.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in case consultations, team meetings, and training focused on trauma-informed care.

The individuals you will work with primarily include survivors of trauma experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly focusing on trauma-informed care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
