Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, develop clinical diagnoses, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate modalities.

• Respond to clients in crisis by providing immediate intervention and support to address acute mental health emergencies effectively.

• Keep meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including documentation of treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to professional ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and share relevant client information to improve treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources, ensuring they have the necessary support for recovery.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops to stay abreast of evolving best practices and methodologies in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
