Work Environment\n

This position enables you to work entirely remotely, facilitating a productive and adaptable work-life balance. Our teletherapy platform allows you to connect with clients without geographic limitations, ensuring access to necessary support regardless of physical location or other barriers. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, choosing hours between Monday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call duties expected.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly teletherapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment models to address their mental health needs.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning and provide comprehensive care by working closely with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors.

• Monitor client progress through systematically administered self-assessments and utilize these insights to adjust treatment plans effectively.

• Participate in regular team consultations and staff meetings to share insights, strategies, and support for managing complex cases.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.

You will primarily serve a diverse adult population, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges—ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe psychiatric disorders. Your ability to provide culturally responsive care will be paramount as you engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported on their unique mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a valid license in your field (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) and have at least one year of independent practice experience.

• Proven ability to work effectively with higher-risk populations and a demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate care.

• Technologically adept; comfortable using digital tools and telehealth platforms to deliver effective mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a highly competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes potential bonuses.
