Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying a toolkit of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and behavioral therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on in-depth client assessments, continuously monitoring progress to facilitate improvement and adapt strategies as needed.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals within our clinic to deliver integrated care based on shared insights and client histories.

• Provide immediate support and intervention for families experiencing acute crises, employing de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution to stabilize challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active state license in Washington as a LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
