Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a range of critical tasks aimed at enhancing client outcomes and ensuring the highest standards of care:

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during critical moments for clients experiencing heightened distress.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and determine suitable counseling approaches.

• Develop and maintain timely and accurate administrative and clinical records in compliance with RAMS and clinical standards.
\n
• Engage clients in individual and group therapy sessions, employing various psychotherapy modalities tailored to their specific diagnoses, such as MDD, anxiety, PTSD, and more.

• Facilitate work readiness and learning needs assessments to guide clients toward appropriate vocational recommendations and referrals.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions to stay aligned with team goals and share insights.

• Collaborate closely with internal staff and external providers to coordinate comprehensive client care and case management strategies.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
